I am paying for my taxes from my refund. will this delay me getting my refund?

No it does not delay your refund to have fees taken out. If you claimed the Earned income credit or child tax credit then all refunds are being held until February 15th and it says until the 27th is when you'll see the refund. If you DID NOT  claim the credits mentioned above then you can receive your refund at anytime depending on when you filed.
