I am missing about $200 from my tax return, the TurboTax MAX is only $49. Where is the rest of my money?

I received my tax return today from a weird place TPG Products? And it was short about $200. I received my state refund in full but I don't get why I'm missing money from my federal return.

Did you click the link for your fees----federal--$40, state $40, refund processing $40, MAX $40----that is about $160 plus tax-----"almost" $200---yes?

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Remember that if you did that, you were also paying an extra $39.99 "refund processing fee" to the third party bank.

I did but they took almost $200 and as you said, it's $39.99 for the MAX Benefits
