I am living in Canada,i do not have. US based bank account to pay your services or receive my refund...what are my options?

A tax refund can only be direct deposited into a US bank located in the US.  You will have to get your tax refund as a check mailed to you at the address shown on the tax return.

For payment of TurboTax fees you will need to speak with a TurboTax support agent for your options.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  Use the key words billing issues.
