I am in Turbo Tax Online and I have just sent in my tax file. Now I want to complete my son's tax return. How can I do that?

That response did not answer my questions. I want to start a new tax return for my son. How do I do that now that I have sent mine in on Turbo Tax Online?

You need a separate account for his return if using TurboTax Online.  Unfortunately, you can no longer create more than one account per email address.  

If you have created multiple accounts with one email in the past, you will still be able to access those.  However,  going forward, you will no longer be able to create new accounts with the same email address.     Create a new account here

When you use online TurboTax software you get one return per fee.

Each return needs its own email, account and user ID.   If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, the second one overwrites the first return and it is lost forever.
