Are you unable to e-file because of not knowing your AGI? If you have last year's tax return available, you can look up your AGI, which will be the number on line 11 of the Form 1040 that you would have filed last year with the IRS.
You can also look up your AGI in your IRS account online - it would be in the tax records section of your account.
If the issue is with working in TurboTax and having problems with your residency dates in each state, would you be able to provide more information about the issue you're having with those dates so that we can better assist you.
Ok, so the thing is that it says Form SD 100, but when I asked the help chat it keeps talking about living in California which I have never lived there. The form, however, does mention School District. Not sure if any of that helps, but I thought I'd add it in.
As for the AGI, at the time I was aware of my AGI from last tax year or 2024 since I'm currently filing for 2025, but on the form it give an AGI which doesn't match. Now, I did think I figured things out because originally I was unable to fix anything on the form and alright above the form is a small box with a date in it. I am able to change that date. I thought it was telling me what to change the info on the form to, but like I said I was unable to actually fix anything on the form. I then figured out that when I changed the date in that little box the page would reload and the info to be put into the box was now different. As far as I know there were a total three things: end of residency date, start of residency date, and AGI. Eventually it would just go back to the previous page asking me to fix it. No matter what date I put in it just goes right back to that page. I says that there's information on the form that doesn't match and that apparently the dates I added don't cover a full calendar year in Ohio which is apparently necessary I guess. Before all this I specified that I lived in two different states in 2025, which states they were, and it must've asked for the dates which I gave.
I lived in Ohio from 1/1/25 to 8/8/25 and moved to Kentucky on 8/8/25. For the entire year of 2025 I only worked in Ohio.
For some reason at first that little box had the date 12/31/25 in it. I even tried putting in the wrong dates to see if it would take it if it thought I lived in Ohio for the full year since it seems like it's having an issue with me not being in Ohio for a full year.
I don't know if any of this is really going to help, but hopefully it does.
