No. The IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank. They will only mail you a check. Make sure your Form 1040 has the correct mailing address.

Sorry, no. You can only have a tax refund direct deposited into a US bank located in the US. You can only have your tax refund mailed to you as a check from the IRS to the address on your tax return.
