I am confused as to where my refund is going, because I have my bank account down but at the end of the signing it says it's going to a credit karma etc, I didn't qualify

If you chose direct deposit as your refund method, your refund should go to the account you put on your tax return.

Yes but it also stated that if I qualify for the advance that it would go to a credit karma account. My refund was accepted on the 4th, I haven't seen anything yet

You had to apply for the Refund Advance before submitting your tax return, and you would have to be accepted. Once you were accepted, your refund would then go to your Credit Karma account that you created and have access to. If you didn't apply for a Credit Karma account, your refund will go to the bank account you listed on your tax return or a paper check mailed to you.
