I am checking on my return from federal I have not received it yet? It's been accepted but no money has been deposited in to my account

The IRS began accepting the majority of e-filed returns 1/29.

I have recently lost my employment and my checking account where my return was supposed to be direct deposited was closed and now my federal return is in limbo and I have a new checking account now and I need that money direct deposited into my checking account as soon as possible before I lose everything that I have

Banking information for direct deposit is wrong

If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected.  If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it.  The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS.  Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return.  Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.
