I am a two year F1 student at US. I filed using the default setting(was not asked whether is resident). Should I file a new tax return or try to amend it?

The problem is I have already filed..... Any suggestions are appreciated!

If there is a problem with your original return, you cannot simply file a new return. You must file an amended income tax return to make any corrections or adjustments.

The problem is that it seems there were no options for non-resident. Even though I wanted to amend, I do not think there is option for that?
