No, you only need to keep a copy of your online receipt for your records. The payment support you mention is a coupon that can be used to associate a payment you mail in to Indiana with your tax account. Because you made the payment online, this association was already made and you do not need to mail the coupon separately. But keep your online receipt in case Indiana asks you about your payment later on.
