I already filed then received an unexpected w-2 from a previous job

Is there a way I can add this other W-2 or is it too late now that I already filed?

Too late.  Either amend after receiving a refund or paying tax due or, if the amount on the new W-2 is small, do nothing and the IRS will send you a letter requesting payment of additional tax and a small amount of interest.
