I already filed my taxes through e-filing, but looks like I have to send a copy of form 8453 to IRS. But currently I am out of country, so can I send it next month?

or can turbotax can send this form on behalf of me?

Form 8453 is not a form you need to send. That form is fully supported by TurboTax so it will be efiled with your return.
