I already filed my taxes but wasn’t able to claim my 2 month old baby, how will this affect my stimulus check?

If the child was born in 2020 then you MAY get a credit on the 2020 return ... details on how this is going to work have NOT been posted yet ...

Specific guidance has not been provided as far as how the stimulus checks will be sent out.
