I already filed my taxes and I received my refunds. Why is TurboTax still sending me reminders about completing my taxes?

Because we value your privacy, we do not share any of your confidential information with persons who do not have an essential need for it, such as CPAs and tax attorneys who are involved with resolving tax problems for you. Confidential information includes even the fact that you have filed a tax return.

So, our own marketing department does not get access to whether you have filed your tax return. That is why they will continue to try to convince you to use our products, even after you have already filed.
