I already filed my 2016 return and recieved an additional 1099-R for a 10-35 exchange. No taxable amount. Do I still need to ammend the return?

If your additional information does not change your total refund, you do not need to file an amendment. I would advise you to enter the 1099-R information into the program to verify if there will be any change made to your original refund.
