I already e-filled my tax return and just noticed I filed with my maiden name. We filled married-seperatley. Can I fix this? Will it delay return?

If the name on the tax return did not match the name (first 4 letters in last name) on your social security card then the return should reject. If accepted then probably the name that the Social Security Administration has not been updated.
