I accidently said I had a savings account and I don't. I gave them the correct info my bank though, will this affect when I get my return

I checked the IRS website and it was sent out yesterday but nothing is showing in my account

Hi. your bank routing number tells the system what bank to send your money to. Your account number tells your bank whose account to put your money in. As long as you got those two numbers right it will arrive at your bank and should be put in your account. I would suggest calling your bank just in case they have some type of internal coding system that might reject your deposit. They should be able to make sure it goes into your account.
