I accidentally pressed no to allow someone claim me for taxes

If you have not yet filed, go back into the "My Info" section (find it on the left side-bar just above Federal) click edit next to your name and re-answer the interview questions. 

If you have filed, and you are a dependent to another taxpayer (someone else can claim you) you will need to file an amended return. 

If you have filed, the person that is claiming you will need to print and paper-file their return this year. They will not be able to claim you and efile their tax return this year.
