How to provide direct deposit information when mailing a tax return?

When you go through the FILE section of the TT software you are asked for banking information for a direct deposit. You can enter that information whether you are e-filing or filing by mail.

In the File section of the program, when you have a tax refund, you could have requested direct deposit of the refund and entered your bank routing and account number. This bank information will be on the federal tax return, Form 1040, on Lines 35b and 35d.
