how to get SSA1099 for my deceased mother

my mother passed away in July and I did not receive one of these from the SSA. How do I get one and/or file taxes for her without it

If you are having trouble accessing the needed SSA-1099, you need to request it from the Social Security administration. You can request a replacement of this document by calling the Social Security Administration or visiting a local office.
