How to get a finalized version of the TT Premier Desktop not dependant on update servers

I used TT Desktop Premier 2025. I would like to archive a finalized version of the installation program including updates. Rather than save a large disk image or VM to just to preserve my install, is there a way to get these updates bundled as an exe file or maybe downloading a finalized version of the TT installer?

Without this older versions of TT outside the 3yr window become useless when Intuit stops hosting updates.
If I re-download the TT installer after April 15 would it be a finalized version, or the same bare-bones version that relies on TT servers?

the software becomes useless anyway as you won't be able to activate it once they stop supporting the older version (current tax year + 3 prior tax years are supported), you also need the state program which I don't think is in the installer; old returns won't open without the appropriate state(s) installed.

presumably you're saving the PDF with all forms and worksheets for your records, but I don't think you can rely on being able to go back to the .tax files or old s/w beyond that support period and without depending on Intuit.

I still have my TT Premier Desktop 2024 installed and I see it can be launched and run without any internet connection. It does not seem to have any dependency on Intuit unless I wanted to file or amend another 2024 return. My guess is the ability to open, review or edit an existing 2024 tax file would still work 10 years later as long as I didn't uninstall.

I have not tried to do a 2nd install of TT but I guess I would need a working connection and the printed license code for that. If so, then the 3yr window seems like a hard limit for new installs. The only way to retain functionality beyond that would be to set aside the PC or disk, save a disk image, or install TT into a W11 VM since that has the smallest footprint and is less dependent on specific HW.
