Are you having a specific problem related to filing 2018?

You don't need to file your 2017 taxes on TurboTax in order to file 2018.  (You don't HAVE to file 2017 at all in order to still file a 2018 return).  If the program asks you for your 2017 AGI when you e-file, you should just enter 0 for that number.
