How to download 2013 1040?

When I completed 2016 return I was unaware that 2013 was not filed previously, at this time i have already completed and submitted my tax for 2016 without 2013. I am told without filing for 2013 I will not receive my refund. How do I download the 1040 for 2013 to return being thar I never filed 2013 previously and 2016 are already done?

The TurboTax Online for tax year 2013 is no longer available. 

You can prepare and file your 2013 tax return in the TurboTax software. Simply order the TurboTax software and install it on your computer. 

If you're expecting a refund, you have until April 15, 2017 to paper-file your 2013 return and claim your refund. After that, all unclaimed 2013 tax refunds end up in the U.S. Treasury.
