TurboTax does not provide telephone support for Free Edition unless you add the PLUS Help & Support package, which you have to pay for. Or you can upgrade to a version that does include telephone support, but is not free. See the FAQ at the following link for information about PLUS Help & Support.

The email had the instructions needed to amend the return IF your return needs to be amended.   What tax year and what needs to be corrected ?   The email should also have a specific phone number to call for assistance if needed.
