How often does the offset hotline update? I was able to get return transcript this morning showing my return was finished processing, but the offset is still showing.

The treasury department offset automated phone system updates over night every night similar to the "Where's My Refund" system.   They add and remove debts based on social security numbers provided to them.  Hope this helps!
