How long should a deposit take when you have a est and I am past that deadline of the estimate but I still have no deposit how long can it really take ?

Doe the IRS website for the status of a federal tax refund indicate that the refund was issued - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If it does there may be up to a 5 day delay before your bank posts the deposit to your account.

The estimated time for a deposit is just that, estimated.

To track your refund, use the Where's my refund tool.
