How long does turbo tax hold your refund before they deduct their fees and send the rest to your bank

Why is turbo tax holding my refund? When do they deposit it to our bank account?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Thank you so much. And yes I've been checking my refund there as well. That website is saying they've received my refund and to the turbo tax fees. So I guess now I'm waiting on them.
