You should receive your card in about 5-10 business days after ordering it. And once the IRS accepts your tax return, your refund will be deposited directly to your card, generally within 21 days. See here When will my refund be deposited to my Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card?

If it’s been longer than 5-10 business days and you still don't have it, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card at (888) 285-4169 for assistance so that they can get you another sent out. Once you do receive it, make sure you activate it online or over phone by following the instructions on the card sticker.

The number doesnt wotk

Keep trying...their circuits seem to be overwhelmed with calls. Maybe wait and try in couple hours or first thing in the morning. That is the correct number. It worked for me earlier but circuits are busy now.

@cieragee77 Intuit and GreenDot are currently working to resolve the numbers not working.

I just called the number and it actually works and I was on hold for only 8 minutes and they resolved my problem they can also tell you if your card has been shipped out or not and they can also give you an exact date on when it's gonna be delivered to you. My card should be here march 9th
