How long does it take for turbo tax to process my direct deposit after the IRS has issued the refund?

IRS says payment was sent of Feb. 3 but I still have not recieved my federal return

It sound as if you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your tax refund.  That is called the Refund Processing Service, and your refund would be sent from the IRS to the provider of the Refund Processing Service. 

Please be aware that the IRS “Where’s My Refund” page may indicate funds are available days before they are released to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (TPG) and other banks industry-wide. If this is your situation, call 1-877-908-7228 to find out the status of your refund.

I filed my taxes on 1/28/19 turbo charged me 80.00 just yesterday they wanted me to pay an additional 80.00 why . TurboTax  is taking all my refund before I get it  someone let me known [email address removed]
