How long does it take for Colorado to accept a tax return?

My return is a simple return with only SS & a small pension. No taxes are due, but the sales tax rebate is owed.

The state should move your return from pending to accepted within 2 days. The state just started accepting returns on Monday, State announces it is processing 2023 income tax returns From there, the state will review it and send it to processing. Most people have a refund within  21 days of the return being accepted. You can check your status with the state at Where's My Refund? | Department of Revenue - Taxation
