How long before the IRS sends out the email that the money has been posted to your account ?

The IRS doesn't send emails.   Check the refund status here:

You won't (and should not) be receiving any emails from the IRS.  TurboTax sends a final email when your return is accepted by the IRS.  Once accepted, your refund needs to be tracked through the IRS.  IRS Where is My Refund?   This link will give you a payment issue date which is the date the funds are sent to your financial institution.  Keep in mind that it may take your bank a day or days to post the funds in your account.
