Not currently.  In the past they had an Advance on your refund. We don't know if they will offer an Advance again.  But if they do it won't be until after January 1.  Only if they offered it to you.  You can't self select it.

 TurboTax is not offering loans at this time.  At the beginning of the 2019 tax filing season there were refund advance loans available for the first few weeks of the tax season, but you could not opt in--the loan had to be offered to you when you filed.  Looks like they will do something again in January once the returns can be efiled :
