How does amended taxes work? My amount went up, but it says amends cannot be efiled.. does that mean that I will get my refund back later! Or I’ll just get the difference back later?

If already e-filed and pending, you need to wait until it is either accepted, or rejected.

If rejected, you can update your return and re-file.
