how do you change the payor in the income section after entry

Yes, you can change or update the payor on any form.

This will be posted in the Income section of the return.
Scroll to and select the type of form you want to update.
A list of all the forms of that type will be shown.
Select [Revie] next to the item you want to change.
You will be able to find and edit the payor on this page.
