How do we knows the problem that cause the 2 months delay of federal refunds its morethan 2 months now

Since it has been such a long time, you should contact the IRS and/or your state and inquire with them to see what is going on. Unfortunately, once the returns are submitted to the IRS and/or your state, Turbo Tax is not notified if there are any issues due to security reasons.
