How do send in another 1040 form because I forgot to attach my w2 with it?

If you mailed in your return without the W-2 forms attached then do NOTHING until the IRS sends a request for the missing forms ... if you send in the return again or the forms by themselves you will just mess things up and delay your return even longer.
