how do i view the details of taxes paid for my 2024 taxes

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

The return only shows the total. I'm looking for a breakdown that would show me how much capital gains tax it paid in 2024

@wdavidmurphy The 2024 online tax return should include all the worksheets that were used on the 2024 tax return.  If they are not included they you will need to contact TurboTax support to find out why and how to get them included in the PDF download.

Speaking to a representative would be great but the automated gate keeper will not connected me to a person and the responses it gives have nothing to do with my question. She very politely hangs up on me.
