How do I talk to an agent at turbotax? The robot is not helping and my refund was never deposited even though IRS sent it out over a month ago?

My refund was filed mid-March and the IRS tracker says it was accepted and sent out on later in March of 2022.  It has been over a month, and I have not received any direct deposit to my bank account.  I have triple checked the account and routing number match the ones provided by my bank.  The robot that answers the numbers given to you by the help tab keeps telling me to check the IRS website and with no way to speak to an actual agent I am at a loss for options.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?

 

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

Yes I did choose to have the fees deducted from the refund.  I will try to call that bank and see if they have any more information.
