How do I report my card lost or stolen

To report your card lost/stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost card replacement fee will apply. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, choose option 2, then option 1 to report your card stolen.
