No, there is no need to amend your return unless it has already been filed (and accepted) by the IRS. TurboTax will ask if you were a victim of a hurricane during the tax interview and determine if you qualify for any special disaster relief on your tax return. For example, there is a special rule for victims of hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria that lets them use their 2016 income instead of their 2017 income, if it is lower, to qualify for the Earned Income Credit and the Child Tax Credit.
