How to access prior online returns
Maybe you are in the wrong account … many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now to use the account recovery tool.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

If you used TurboTax Online in past years, your past returns should be accessible when you log into TurboTax Online. I don't know the correct link (I'm not using TurboTax Online this year), but it's there.
If you used TurboTax CD/Download in past years, Intuit does NOT keep a copy of your return; it is saved only on the PC where it was installed, in TurboTax's .tax* format (i.e., .tax2020) and usually in PDF format as well. If it's only in .tax* format, open the file in TurboTax for that year & use it to create a PDF copy.
If those options do not work, you will need to obtain a transcript and/or a copy of your return (I believe the fee for that is $43) from the IRS directly.
