One of two things -
You are not signing onto the 2019 account when the same User ID you used to create the 2019 account.
Or the federal tax return has not yet been accepted by the IRS.
What does the status of the federal tax return indicate when you sign onto your online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
The e-filed fed tax has been accepted and a refund acknowledgement email was sent to me by TurboTax. So that isn't the problem. ID and PW are correct as far as my records show. I guess I could try to do a "forgot PW" and see if that gets me anywhere?

See if you have another User ID -
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
