How do I proceed if I can’t get my 2017 tax return?

If you filed your 2017 tax return using TurboTax Online, follow the steps below to access your return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5574744

If you only need your 2017 AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) to complete filing of your 2018 return, you can access that for free by taking the following steps.

1. Log into the account you filed your 2017 tax return and navigate to Tax Home.

2. Click on Your tax returns & documents.

3. Click the 2017 tax year.

4. Click View adjusted gross income (AGI), and you will see the AGI from your 2017 tax return.
