How do I print the federal forms I need to pay my taxes? The only options I can find on I have to pay to print my forms.

I intend to send a check to the IRS, not an electronic payment.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

Are you wanting to e-file but mail a check with a 1040V voucher?   You can do that.  In the file section choose that you will pay your federal taxes by check.  You have to pay your TurboTax fees in order to print.  After you pay your fees you can print out the return which will include the 1040V.

It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track your mailed check so you will know they received it.  Be aware that the IRS has not been opening its mail.  Mail is piling up in trailers.  You will be okay as long  as the payment is postmarked by July 15, 2020, but you may have quite a wait for them to cash your mailed check.

Per the IRS website IRS Operations During COVID-19: Mission-critical functions continueThe IRS is not currently able to process individual paper tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your economic impact payment. Paper returns will be processed  once processing centers are able to reopen.
