How do I print out had to add a 1099 to taxes and did that but can't get a printed copy. Can't do electronic because didn't file last year

I am not clear as to if you filed, and then needed to add a 1099, in which case you need to file an amended return (1040X).

Or if you have not yet filed and need to print your return.
