How do I print my returns without filing. i don't want to pay a total of $78 to file when my total refund for both is $48.

The fee for using TurboTax to prepare your return is the same whether you e-file it or file it by mail.  There is no extra fee for e-filing, so you do not "save" anything by filing by mail.   

If you did not pay or file yet, you can abandon your TT account and use the IRS Free File program.
