@robertsat @taxesguy123 It depends. After comments from @VolvoGirl @SweetieJean I must revise my answer from my original answer
- Log into Turbo Tax.
- When you reach your landing page, first verify if the amount shown either as a refund or tax shown is the amount on your original return or amended return. If original return you can scroll to the bottom where your tax returns and documents are. Select 2020, and then download/print pdf.
- If the landing page refund/tax due information is reflective of your amended return, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the form and select add a state.
- You will need to remove the change that you made and then go to tax tools>tools>delete a form
- Delete the 1040X and amend worksheet.
- This should restore your return back to the original state and allow you to print your original return.
- Once you print your original return, you will need to reenter your amendment information again. Hopefully, when you logged in, your landing page reflected an amount that was included on your original return.
