How do I open the PDF of my tax return to review?

I am ready to file my return but I cannot get the pdf of my tax form to open for review.

You need to pay the TurboTax account fees before filing before you can view or print the complete tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
