How do i open another tax return using Turbo Tax online??

You will have to create a new account with a new User ID.  The online editions can only be used for one tax return per account and User ID.

Go to this website and click on Sign up to start a new account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/file-your-own-taxes/

You can use the same email address for up to 5 online accounts.

How do I create a new user ID with the same email address? When I try to create a new one and it asks for the email, it just logs me into my current account. Trying to key my mother's taxes with my product purchase, since up to 5 are allowed.

If you are using the Online version of TurboTax you will need to setup a new account using a new User ID.

Sign out of your current TurboTax account to avoid overwriting your previous return.

1. Go to TurboTax.com.
2. If your browser automatically logs you into the old account,
   1. Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history
3. Enter your Email address
4. On the sign in page select New to TurboTax? 
5. Create an account
6. Enter your 
   1. User ID (Not the same as your previous account)
   2. Password
   3. Phone
7. Create an Intuit Account
