TurboTax is not going to file your amended return. An amended return has to be printed, signed and mailed. It cannot be e-filed.

How do I look at my amended 1040 before you file it?

You will have to print your 1040X, so you can look at it before your file it.

It is not a problem if you need to make additional changes after your review.
